Love them they were so sweet and welcoming me and my son watch them all the time on social media loved the candy we got from them. We got the strawberry banana gummy bears the sour watermelon gummy bears and the chili peach rings recommended by a staff. Member loved each and every single one of them cannot wait to finish the candy to go back and get more.

Highly unprofessional! I tried multiple times to get ahold of someone concerning my order. I started to ask how on her videos and instead of reaching out to me the owner went and put up a long post about how she is only 1 person. She must forget she mentions multiple times she has 10 employees. So why isn’t anyone answering emails? I wasn’t even trying to complain. I had a simple question. Then I saw when people would comment on her posts that they bought her something she would quickly respond to them. Absolutely no customer service. I started buying from her when her page was shut down and she was losing business. I’m a single mom too. But I’m actually struggling to survive. Not like her. And still tried to support her business. I unfollowed every page, she won’t get another penny from me and I do not recommend this business to anyone. She clearly does not care about her customers/clients.

I originally gave a 1-star rating due to a lack of communication regarding my order, which was very stressful as I needed the candy for my baby shower and had a tight travel deadline. However, I want to thank Will and Ursula for turning the situation around. Once I was in contact with them, they were incredibly helpful, informative, and stayed on top of the tracking to ensure my order arrived before I left town. I also appreciated the team member at the store who listened to my frustrations and escalated the issue to her manager to find a solution. I am happy with my order now that it has arrived. I would suggest the company work on more proactive communication and consistency in customer service, but I am very grateful to the team members who stepped in to help me make my event a success!"

ordered edible images online and a mold for some baby shower Oreos and they came in about 5 days and actually came in before the expected date (I’m in Arizona ) my camera does them so dirty they’re so clear and they look exactly like the photos I sent I love them!! Definitely would keep ordering from her and suggest to other treat/ dessert makers.

Ursula and team are so nice and helpful in creating a truly unbelievable dessert/candy table for my daughter’s sweet 16. It was a beautiful set up, Extremely nice. Would definitely use them again.
